ZiP’s Standard Comprehensive Warranty is valid for 1 year from the delivery of your eScooter or eBike. The warranty covers parts, standard shipping and labour for all major components (including motor, motor controller, fork, swing arm, rear shock and frame). The warranty also includes a 6 month warranty on the original battery and charger from date of purchase, provided that they have been properly maintained as described in the eScooter or eBike user guide or demonstrated by ZiP Staff, and have not been subjected to freezing temperatures.
